Great afternoon in United Park where our Under 17 side defeated Mullingar Athletic 2-1 to advance to the Quarter Finals of the Under 17 FAI Challenge Cup. First half goals from Conor Barcoe and Eanna O'Keeffe proved to be too much for the visitors.

Mullingar grabbed a consolation goal back in the second half but the Thomastown defence kept them at bay for the remainder of the game. Final Score 2-1
