On Sunday morning at the Kells Road venue our Junior A team took on Evergreen C for a place in the quarter final of the McCalmont Cup. The home, despite struggling in Division 1, proved very resilient but Thomastown prevailed in the end with the only goal of the game scored by the 'ever green' Mark Delahunty (pardon the pun!!) to advance to the next round.
