The benefits of an early night paid off with an impressive 3-0 victory, goalscorers for Thomastown were Dylan Minogue, Dion Cody and Isaac Magnez.

They boys sit proudly on top of the league for the moment four points clear of 'danger team' Deen Celtic, who have two games left to play. Any slip up by the Comer team will result in Thomastown, who are guaranteed second place, either winning or sharing the league title.
