Our u14 girls team-2 took on Evergreen White in the Kells Road this evening, our girls have been on a great run this season,up to this we played 9 won 8 Drew 1, but knew this game was going to be very tough game as this was the team we drew with early on in the season,we started the game really well,we controlled the first half but just couldn't get passed the Evergreen Keeper,we changed formation in the second half and started to create a couple of chance's, about 15 minutes into the second half Orla broke into the Evergreen box and was fouled by 3 Evergreen players,up steps Megan who buried her penalty into the bottom right corner, we continued to press for our second and with about 10 minutes to go with Emma Walsh's never give up attitude put us 2 up Evergreen got one back late on, our girls go to Deen Celtic on Friday with a top of the table clash, these girls have been sensational all season, that is 10 games unbeaten now for this group of girls. Final Score 2-1
