Our u14 girls team-1 took on Callan Utd at home today in Utd Park, our girls have struggled in some games this season but today was a different story from the first whistle to the last our girls never stopped working hard to get our first win of the season,it was a really good game of football in the first half with some lovely passing from our girls,it was 0-0 at half,we started the second half really well and had a couple of half chances, Callan took the lead 15 minutes into the second half against the run of play,if this was earlier on in the season our girls would of dropped their heads after going a goal down not today, they kept playing good football,we had some lovely play down our right and the play fell to Evie Rice who scored from outside the box,we taught it was going to finish 1-1 until the last attack of the game, we had a throw in from the right which fell to Katie Begley who had who passed a great ball to Ellen Tracey who went on a great run into the box and took a shot but was saved by the keeper but luckily for us Cami was there a tap home our winner, our girls were FANTASTIC today from start to finish everyone one of them, the game finished 2-1 to us.
