Thomastown Utd. advance to the Final 16 of the Leinster Junior Cup after a home defeat of Bangor Celtic today in United Park. Took 110 mins of play and the dreaded penalties to separate the sides in what turned out to been an end to end game with both keepers called on numerous times to keep their team in the game. Lots of great chances for both sides and we are delighted to come out of the right side of a penalty shoot-out. Penalties scored by Casper Konopka, Aaron Kehoe, Kelvyn Skehan, Sean Denieffe and Brian Staunton. Big congrats to Jack Cullen in the goal who saved Bangor’s second penalty.
